Remember when I talked about the extortionately priced (£62 for an eyeshadow quad) but beautiful Tom Ford makeup in my post 'A Day at the Selfridges Beauty Hall'!? Well, it released in America exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman's last week and the makeup flew of the shelves like (insert clever metaphor here, or not) hotcakes. They made $52,000 in one night (according to this article) which is all sorts of crazy/omg/wow/amazing and I thought it deserved a blog post of it's own!
The Senior Vice President of Bergdorf's said, “It’s off the charts. I mean, the industry has not seen anything like this. It’s elegant, it’s chic, it’s sexy. I’m ready to throw out everything I have. I have a little of this and a little of that, and I’m almost going to throw everything out and stock my cabinets with Tom Ford’s chic packaging and gorgeous colours.”
So what do you guys think? Will you be throwing out all your makeup to stock up on Tom Ford gorgeousness? In an ideal world I certainly would buy everything from the line but I wouldn't throw away everything else I own either. I admit the Tom Ford makeup is great but there's plenty more the beauty world has to offer which is just as good and maybe even better! x

I was going to get my boyfriend the Tobacco and Vanilla cologne for Christmas till I found out it costs £135 quid for a bottle! Seriously the nicest cologne ever but ridiculously expensive.
